“We had our furnace shut off overnight 3 consecutive nights. Mike came out 3 days to trouble shoot the issue. Each day it was up & running w/o issues, then would shut off again overnight. Turns out the controller failed. Mike had installed this new controller in Nov 2020. Between the ice storm and numerous power outages, something caused it. L&J only charged us a service fee for Mike’s 1st day here. The controller was under warranty. He replaced it free of charge and no problem since.This company is top notch! You can trust them to explain or show you what they found. They work hard to accommodate your needs. It is so refreshing to find great people doing the right thing!”
